My path into health and nutrition coaching is deeply rooted in both science and personal story. As a Pharmacist with a PhD and Certified Nutrition Coach, I've spent years studying how the body works — and I've seen firsthand how often people are left without the answers they truly need when it comes to their hormones, metabolism, and overall health.
What I've learned is that knowledge alone isn't enough. Long-term vitality comes from turning that knowledge into conscious, everyday choices that fit your unique body and lifestyle. That's where my work begins.
